This 4th of July it was just the 3 of us. Clay went to his weekly men's fellowship breakfast while Lily and I watched cartoons and snuggled. After he brought us breakfast, we left to go see Despicable Me 2. Lily has been breaking out in random gibberish ever since :)
We came home and napped and then the rain stopped for just long enough for us to take a short trip to the pool.
Breaking out in spontaneous prayer:
Normally we would cook out with family, but since that wasn't happening, we went to a BBQ place we hadn't tried yet, and then went to park on one of the Sanibel Causeway islands to watch the fireworks. We got there early and happened to have a swimsuit for Lily in our trunk, so she got to play on the beach for a little bit.
