Well, sweet Penny. It's time for me to face the music. Your mommy - who works with technology every day, manages multitudes of databases worth of data, and absolutely should have known better - had a hard drive crash and had nothing personal on the computer backed up. And that is how I lost all the pictures of the first 9 months of your life and ended up thoroughly neglecting this blog. Now that I don't burst into tears every time I think about it, I decided it's time to glean what I could from Facebook and try to get this caught up as best I can. Besides, your birthday is coming up quickly and I can't do a post for that, and have all the prior months missing.
Month 7
You love paper too much ;) Your whole life, it has been your mission to find any scrap of paper wherever you might be and eat it.
During your 7th month, you started crawling.
Month 8
This is the month you started pulling up on anything and thinking you could stand.
You LOVE swimming and kick your feet like crazy in the water.
One of the things you do that is really funny is stealing pacifiers from any other babies around you. You don't even use a pacifier, and when you do get one, you can't even use it right ;) But if someone else has one, it fascinates you.
Stealing daddy's yogurt. You also have to have whatever anyone else is eating :)

I thought I lost you one day and then you popped out of the blanket, you little sneak ;)
You are so cute and so snuggly. Right now you are walking like crazy, and point at things that interest you, which is pretty much everything. When you try to say "uh-oh" it is adorable. You are finally saying "mama". Your favorite food is berries, but you will eat pretty much anything you are given. You like to pick small pieces off your food and eat them that way. You are still an introvert, but are giving away smiles MUCH more frequently now. I can't believe your birthday is coming up so soon!!!
